Weekend Workout



These are my favorite kinds of workouts! Complete the allotted number of reps for each set until you finish (start with 12 reps for the first set, second set at 10 reps, third set at 8 reps, and so on and so fourth). Finish each round with a 100m run. Comment below if you are ready to sweat!💪🏻

5 min warm up: amrap (as many rounds as possible)

  • 10 push-ups

  • 10 squats

  • 10 sit-ups

  • Hollow rocks

  • Jump lunge press

  • Squat jump muscle snatch alt sides

  • Mountain climber (8) ski abs 1 per side

  • Weighted frog hops

  • Goblet squat curtsy lunge

  • 100m run
