Upper Body Pyramid



Here y'all go! Another Saturday another day to get outside and move that body of yours! For this one you will need a pair of dumbbells, a slam ball, and a kettlebell, if you have it! If you don't have those last 2, no worries, there are alternative moves so no excuses! Get up, get out, and get moving!

All moves are total reps!

  • 5 weighted V ups

  • 10 burpees

  • 15 pushup toe taps

  • 20 commandos

  • 25 Arnold press

  • 30 renegade rows

  • 35 tricep kickbacks

  • 40 plank punches

  • 45 KB swings

  • 50 ball slams

  • 45 KB swings

  • 40 plank punches

  • 35 tricep kickbacks

  • 30 renegade rows

  • 25 Arnold press

  • 20 commandos

  • 15 pushup toe taps

  • 10 burpees

  • 5 v ups

Alternative movements:

  • KB swings: use a heavy dumbbell

  • Slam balls: do Thrusters
