Tropical Peach Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is packed with protein and plant-based goodness. Hope you enjoy it!



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/4 banana 

  • 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk

  • 1/4 cup cauliflower rice 

  • 2 ice cubes 

  • A pinch of turmeric 

  • 1 tsp coconut butter (optional)

  • 5 drops stevia (sub 1 tsp maple syrup or add an extra 1/4 banana if you don't have stevia)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend it all up

  2. Top with your favorite toppings (i used coconut flakes, banana, peaches, macadamia nuts, and borage flowers)

  3. Enjoy!
