Saturday Workout Killer
My sisters were in town last weekend and we did this one together! I have to give credit to my sister's coach. It's was a killer for sure!
3 rounds. Focus on form and strength!
-20 overhead walking lunges
5 rounds. 1 round every 4 minutes for 20 minutes. Go AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Use residual time for rest!
Pushups or goblet squats
(30 second rest in between each set)
