Saturday Workout



Alright y’all, today I just wanted to snooze in my bed because it’s the only day this week I’ll be able to sleep in (I even have to work tomorrow)! ...BUT I made myself go outside and get this workout done, and I’m so happy I did. I feel 10 times better! Motivation definitely comes in waves, but keep putting yourself first, and see what you can gain from it! You’ve got this!

30 kettlebell (or dumbbell) cleans

30 hand to hand swings

30 goblet reverse lunges
