Quick 15 Minute Workout

Short on time? No problem! Let me share with you this short and sweet workout I put together to help all of you busy peeps out there! Be prepared to sweat bc this one burns🔥

Complete these exercises as many times as you can in 15 minutes:

▪️12 box jumps [you can modify this by using chair/ ledge/bench/etc.]

▪️6 squat thrusters with dumbbells [I used 10 pound dumbbells but use whatever works best for you!]

▪️6 per side: side lunge to back lunge

▪️6 burpees

▪️100m sprint (or 45 second high knees)
