Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2-1 cup plant milk

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1.5- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice OR (1/4 tsp cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp almond butter

  • 3 or more ice cubes

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Few drops of stevia or 1/2 banana for sweetness

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 avocado

Instructions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Enjoy!
