Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/4-1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/4-1/2 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 cup pitaya or açaí or strawberries or raspberries ... 😋

  • 1/4 of an avocado

  • 1/2 of a banana (optional)

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut butter (optional)

  • Sprinkle of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend it all up

  2. Pour into bowl

  3. Top with whatever you want! (I used coconut, blueberries, raspberries, cocoa nibs, and homemade granola)

  4. Enjoy!
