Pink Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion, sliced

  • White Vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Shove as much of the onion as possible into a mason jar.

  2. Add vinegar (fill jar, but don’t over flow it ).

  3. Add the salt.

  4. Cover and shake a bit to distribute salt.

  5. Let sit at room temp for 2 hours or more.

  6. Place in fridge afterward if you like them cold.

  7. Enjoy!
