15 push-ups

15 sit-ups

15 squats

15 burpees

Modifications:

Pushups:

  • Easier: incline (on bench or wall) or knees

  • Harder: explosive or clap pushups

Sit-ups:

  • Easier: crunches (avoid straining neck)

  • Harder: add weight or fully stand up

Squats:

  • Easier: go slower

  • Harder: jump and/or add weight

Burpees:

  • Easier: step back and up instead of jumping

  • Harder: burpee push-up, add weights, do tuck jump to finish
