Let’s talk about Veg Week! Veg week is a nationwide campaign to empower tons of people to take on the challenge to choose vegetarian (or vegan) options! It goes until April 22, so I urge you to try to have 1 meal this week that doesn’t involve animal products! If you already go meatless (and dairy free) one meal, make it 2, or make it an entire day! You see where I’m going with this?
All I ask is that you try your best and hold yourself accountable!
