Lean Green Smoothie

My go-to! It’s great for any time of day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup frozen spinach

  • 1/4 of an avocado

  • 1-2 scoops plant-based protein powder

  • Few drops of stevia (I used 4 drops) or sweetener of choice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maca

  • 1/2 tsp matcha

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2-1 tbsp Hemp seeds

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tsp mesquite powder

  • Splash of coconut water or water kefir

  • 1/2 banana

  • Ice cubes to make it extra cold

Instructions

Blend all ingredient together except hemp seeds. If it’s a little too thick add some extra water or almond/coconut milk. Once it’s all blended top with the hemp seeds and enjoy!
