Homemade Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 1/2 cups sliced almonds

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut flour

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 3/4-1 cup maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Spread onto cookie sheet

  4. Bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Toss/stir

  6. Bake for another 5-15 min until golden brown.

  7. Remove from oven.

  8. Place on foil to let fully cool.

  9. Enjoy!

P.S. I usually bake half then freeze the other half to save for later bc this makes a lot!
