Gingerbread Protein Bliss Balls

Gingerbread protein bliss balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop chocolate protein powder (my scoop came out to a little more than 1/3 cup)

  • 1 tbsp coconut flour or oat flour

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp water (you might need an extra 1-2 tbsp)

  • 1 tbsp molasses

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cloves

  • 1/4 tsp ginger

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well-combined (play-doh consistency). I used a fork then finished combining the mix with my hands.

  2. Roll into 1 tbsp balls

  3. Refrigerate for up to 1 week

  4. Enjoy!


Macros for 1 tbsp ball:

  • 4.23 protein

  • 5.8 carbs

  • 2.15 fat
