Full body workout comin’ at ya this morning!

Break up the exercises as needed until you hit 50 of each!

Use a barbel or dumbbell or no weight at all 💪

START:

500m Run

  • 50 weighted squats

  • 50 push ups

  • 50 jump lunges (25 per side)

  • 50 dumbbell or barbell rows

  • 50 weighted wide leg pulses

  • 50 triceps dips

  • 50 squat jumps

  • 50 bear crawls (25 each way)

500m Run
