Carrot Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot Julienned (thinly sliced long ways)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp coconut aminos

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • Dash of pepper

  • Dash of paprika

Instructions:

  1. Heat skillet to medium heat

  2. Mix all Ingredients together in bowl

  3. Place on skillet

  4. Space out and cook evenly on both sides

  5. I like to cook it until it browns on one side then flip it

  6. Watch it closely bc it can get pretty darn smokey

  7. Enjoy!
