Bruschetta

This bruschetta is full of flavor and super easy to make!



Ingredients:

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup of finely chopped basil

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 whole normal-sized bulb of garlic, finely chopped

  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or (reduced) balsamic glaze to drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!

  2. I typically eat it on sliced cucumbers, but if you want a more traditional serving medium go ahead and put it on a sliced and toasted baguette, as pictured. My breadosaurus husband will only eat it this way (I usually cave and have a taste). Choose you’re vice and enjoy it!

P.S. if using balsamic glaze, drizzle on top of prepared bruschetta instead of mixing it in (as pictured), then enjoy!
