20 Minute Workout


It’s Friday (YAY!!) and I’m extra ready for the weekend so I wanted to do a workout I could get done quickly and effectively—Try this outdoor circuit that you can do anywhere at anytime!

Have your water bottles ready bc this one BURNS🔥

Set your clocks for 20 minutes!

Rest 10-15 seconds bw each movement.

▪️30 sec jump lunges

▪️30 sec squat (weighted or bodyweight)

▪️30 sec burpees

▪️30 sec commandos

▪️200m run/sprint
